A semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo application along the lash line may last 12 -18 months. Fills in gaps where lashes are sparse to add depth of color along the upper lash line between the lashes. 

The resulting effect looks like you applied eyeliner or eyeshadow on the upper lash line where the natural lashes grow.
